Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items that are simply unwanted or where the products purchased were either used or unsealed after delivery. Please note that risk passes to you on delivery.
If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund it for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 14 days
Please note; Our lashes are handmade, therefore each one can vary slightly; this variation would only be minor. Please note this is not a fault but is that of the unique individual make up of each lash production.
To complete your return, we require that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund or it’s late, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. as often some processing time passes before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org If returning products we recommend the use of a tracker postal service for safe return of the product to us and please ensure they are properly and securely packaged and labeled with our full postal address. If returning from OUTSIDE Ireland please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you
